If you have set up or are running a Charity or Social Enterprise, I guess you are wondering if I can help you?
Hi I’m Caroline, I’m really pleased you are here and I know what you are thinking, how can I be sure that Caroline is the right person for me and how does the membership actually work, you might also be thinking why should I not just go on a training course or hire a consultant to answer the questions to my problems!
Problems like these…
“I feel totally overwhelmed, where do I start”
“I need to find funding, I don’t know where to start”
“My trustees need to understand their role”
Listen, I’m walking in your shoes, I am a CEO of a successful charity with a 48 year history, I’m also the Chair/Trustee of a charity supporting grass roots community sports teams to be the best. I have created Social Good HQ membership to give you an affordable and easy way to get your questions answered, to support you with growing your organisation and to provide opportunities to meet and learn from like-minded people. I know that this will take up some of your time however those that do take that time to invest in themselves and be part of the community are the most successful.
Start with Why!
Its fundamental to everything we do and its key that we come from a place of openness, honesty and transparency. The first way I try to answer that question is to help people like you who are running charities and social enterprises to understand your own why, to create a clear plan and I support you every step of the way.
The second way is to apply these insights into every day life. I ask you to answer two key questions honestly, transparently and simply.
Q1: What do you spend your donors money on?
Q2: How do you know that your work is making a difference?
I support organisations and people like you to learn, grow and start to build the trust that you need to create long term sustainability for your organisation.
I created Social Good HQ to make an impact, to fill a gap – its probably slightly different to what you are used to. The main service I offer is through the membership and I am confident that this is absolutely the right way to go – to create a safe space where you can come at a time that suits you and get the answers to your questions and problems solved.
“It’s ok to not have all the answers right now, just keep learning and growing, learning and growing and it will come”
I believe passionately in a sector that we can be proud of, do you?
My door is always open and I would love to hear from you.
